Treated very well HERE. My husband and I were in town celebrating our "newest addition" 8 lb 9 ounce baby Mary Beth (Delilah) Doane. We are from a small town just outside of Knoxville Tennessee, Clinton. And we as **Southerners** were very reserved coming up north not having ever been above the "Mason-Dixon line" lol. But were PLEASANTLY surprised with the hospitality. A young man that I apologize in advance for I did not get his name he was wearing a black "STAFF" shirt with collar, tucked in and well put together helped my husband with our rental car's rear door that we could not figure out how to shut once it was opened for the life of us. The young man whom was originally picking up litter in the parking area immediately stopped what he was doing rushed inside washed his hands and aided us. If it wasn't for him we would have probably just left the door as is being how late it was? The young man even helped with our bottled waters that were a too heavy for my husband to carry. The staff were awesome and super friendly! The place was clean (inside and out), breakfast bar was great and included, and the hotel was easy to access from the highway. The hotel was really quiet inside also (although yes, the highway is right there, but it quieted down with traffic during regular sleeping hours). We Never heard any loud guests or pet issues while here. It was great for my family with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with our suite, as well as a kitchen with full stove so I could cook a couple suppers during our weeks stay. I’d recommend this place for sure and I’d return for sure! Thank you Residence Staff!! You’re all awesome!
